Supervision of other psychotherapists and psychologists has been a special interest of mine for more than 25 years; experience gained working as a Consultant Psychotherapist in a central London Hospital, as well as in private practice. Apart from my core training in psychotherapy and Jungian analysis, I am also an accredited supervisor with the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA) London.
Clinically I have worked with all varieties of mental disorders from mild to moderate to chronic and severe depression and anxiety disorders, through bipolar, OCD and all varieties of personality disorders, relationship and identity problems. A special interest has been early emotional (often non-verbal) trauma including adoption.
Over the years I have supervised individuals from pretty well the whole range of (mostly psychodynamic) trainings available. In my experience supervision is a highly creative and satisfying endeavour for both supervisor and supervisee; from my perspective as supervisor witnessing a person steadily develop to reach their full potential.
If you are at least 2-years post-qualified from an accredited psychotherapy, counselling or psychology training, and wish to explore supervision with me, message me with a brief summary of your backgound and training, and any particular areas you wish to work on.
